There should be one for Best Title Design
There should be one for most misleading thread title.
It sounds like you're announcing there is one, rather than hoping for one, Roxy.

I've been pushing for Best Extra for years.
cruel- there is a guy in Hairspray who would win.
Mainly, 'cause he's beautiful.
Yes, Roxy. I think that came off more snarkily than I intended.
I always thought voice actors should get honorary awards, if not their own competitive categories (i.e. Best Performance by a Voice Actor in an Animated Feature).

I don't think the Oscars need a new category. But I wish they'd stop turning "on" and "off" the Adapted Score/Song Score category.
I get tired of the Emmys and Grammys... Around a hundred awards are given out in categories like Best Sneeze in a TV Movie Made For Radio But Adapted From Original Spanish and/or Latin Text. Enough already!
I liked that the Oscars haven't added a million categories and have managed to keep some prestige.
There should be (and are) other guilds that award "other" categories, such as Best Voiceover Actor.
I like that the Oscars are just the general stuff.
Instead of adding categories I wish they would not feel the need to nominate people just to fill the ballot. "Sorry Ladies, only THEE actresses deserve nominations this year! So, Ms. Zellweger, Ms. Kidman, and Ms. Berry, you are SOL."
I like that SAG gives an award for ensemble, and I think there should be an award for casting directors. The CSA gives some out, but they're not publicized that much.

There should be two categories added:
1. Best Work From The Past That The Oscars Overlooked. Winners would include the techical staff of BLADE RUNNER, Stanley Kubrick for directing BARRY LYNDON, Jennifer Jason Leigh for her performance in LAST EXIT TO BROOKLYN, etc.
2. The "What Were We Thinking? GIVE THAT BACK!!" Oscar, in which incredibly non-deserving work is stripped of the prize. The first winner would be a double for Kevin Spacey, in which his two Oscars are given to really deserving performances from that year.
