Has anyone seen/heard about the new commercial for Philadelphia?
It has a colonial theme. A man writes a letter to his "love" and you think it's a female, then he turns and it's a male that he hands his flowers to.
BOLD. Progressive step...possibly.

Yes...the place.
But Cream Cheese sounds good right now...
Philadelphia has launched a MAJOR marketing campaign to get the GLBT community to vacation there. I'm surprised you hadn't seen the ads before.

What next - a commercial with a guy offering another guy a taste of his cheesesteak?
Well you know Matt that I do not watch a lot of TV. I just watch videos...your videos. :)
Where did you get those? Oh, I feel so violated! I'd better call my good friend Paris Hilton and see how she dealt with the humiliation.
Well...it's because I co-starred you idiot!
Remember? You- very concerned teacher. Me- failing student.
At least I think that was you...
Ah, ha! I figured the two of you got together without me. I feel so left out....
it is a new gay television commercial that premiered tonite on bravo, encore and other like networks. previously the gay -friendly tourism campaign only used print ads and radio spots.
yay! finally we move into motion! I wanna be in one of the commercials...but knowing me- I'll turn it into soft-core. I'm too damn sexual...

Well, you could always try taking it down a few notches on the board and see if you can do it.
But that would make you happy. And that's just too easy. Maybe just accept me for who I am or ignore me. :) Either way I'm a happy camper.

Oh, that's right, this board DOES have the ignore user option. Thanks!
Yay! The ignore feature does work!

OK, I'm sorry but I live in Philly and the gay scene here is sad. While there are about 7-10 gay bars (lesbian, etc.) I've been to other cities (Boston, DC, NY, Chicago, SF, Key West) and the gay scene in Philadelphia pales in comparison.
Don't get me wrong, it's a fun time but... don't come to Philly for the gay scene.
