nd from that same poll:

Only 13 percent of Democrats say superdelegates should support whoever’s won the most regular delegates in primaries and caucuses – a count in which Obama’s ahead, and seemingly likely to stay so.

Instead a plurality, 46 percent, say superdelegates should support the candidate who’s won the most popular votes, a tally in which Clinton still has hopes.

And 37 percent say superdelegates should go with their own sense of which candidate they think is best.

I'll tell you my stance. I want a Dem to win. If both can win, they should go with the popular vote unless they have a very strong feeling about who should be leading our country.

If only one of them can win, I want them to pick that person. Period.

I think that if a boy wins American Idol, the superdelegates should choose Obama. If a girl wins, they should choose Hillary.

It makes slightly better sense than the system we have now.

You guys just don't get it. There is no possible reason not to support Hillary Rodham Clinton unless you have a deep-seated, heretofore unacknowledged and unexplored hatred of women. Her negative of 48 is a meaningless number, it merely reflects a sexist society unable to grapple with their latent loathing of all women. The 1000 feminists who went on record not supporting her, from Eve Ensler to Susan Sarandon to countless respected university professors and writers, are basically closeted white men masquerading as women, jealous of Hillary's (the real deal) mastery of the universe seemingly otherwise unavailable to them. Forget her Iraq vote, she is the single most accomplished candidate in the history of the Democratic party whose trajectory is entirely defined by a societal rejection of her because of gender. Anything else is specious reasoning. Got it?
