One of the suspects in the Newark execution slaying of 3 gave himself up today. Hopefully the rest of these lowlifes will be arrested quite soon

A fifteen year old. I mean WTF? They're not saying who the shooter was. It's disgusting.

To those who turn a blind eye to illegal immigration, the older of those arrested was an illegal immigrant. He was already being investigated for many other crimes

The illegal who was arrested apparently was previously in jail for raping a 5 year old repeatedly and then threatening to kill her family if she told anyone. The question is why he was free to walk the streets?

The whole thing is just sick.

When he was arrested for his other crimes (the first arrested) it was know he was illegal. As is normally the case, it was ignored. Maybe this will be what is needed to report illegals who commit serious crimes to INS.

Maybe the 3 teens would still be alive if this had happened or one moronic judge did not parole him after he was charged with molesting a child.

Make excuses all you want. Illegals break the law by entering. Are you saying when they break laws while in this country, INS should not be notified? By not doing this you are asking for it to happen again. Many vicious crimes are committed by illegals. Wake up, smell the coffee & stop making excuses

Question, when he was arrested for child molestation , did he not warrant deportation? Oh I know he has constitutional rights even though he is not a citizen. To bad the constitutional rights of these 3 plus countless others are trampled in the attempt to make sure we treat illegals with kid gloves

By the way, in addition to committing crimes against homeowners when they cross the border they are also smuggling in drugs. There I go again - telling you how much worse the problem is than those who wish to placate & ignore the problem

Look at your question! By definition the answer is "Yes"! You can't be illegal unless you break the law - thereby being criminal! They certainly aren't the only criminals but they are all criminals. We have a legal process by which immigrants can enter our country legally and those people are all welcome to engage the process and legally reap the benefits of this great country. We are a country of laws. Allowing people to enter illegally degrades our national integrity and creates great national security risks.
