Newlyweds or Till Death Do Us Part?

I've never done any of those "This or that"/"Hot or Not" threads, but I'm watching Till Dead Do Us Part for the first time right now, and I have to say I find it more addictive than Newlyweds. There's something wrong when Carmen Elektra and Dave Navarro are the sane and down to earth ones. They seem more "real" than Nick and Jessica do.

I honestly don't like Jessica Simpson at all... but I like Nick. He seems too good for Jessica, but whatever. I personally like the show newlyweds when Nick's on. I think Till Death is interesting, but not really my type of show. All in all, I watch neither of the shows, but I would probably watch newlyweds over till death do us part.

Newlyweds. TDDUP is a little...eh. I watched like the first episode and said nay nay. While Newlyweds seems like a rather girly show, it's got some pretty funny moments.. until you watch every episode 20 times and you know every line.

Nick deserves a medal for not slapping Jessica. I don't care if she's just milking the Dumb Blonde shtick for the camera; her idiocy is unbearable. I've really grown a newfound respect for Nick though. Either he's got more patience than Buddha, or he's just in it for her boobs.


ETA: Parks - It's very brave of you to admit that. Oh, I mean, you weren't speaking from experience, right? (Jessica's tuna/chicken comment had me on the floor with laughter though.)

Jessica does get quite annoying sometimes. I wonder how much she gets paid to act stupid. Surely she's not really that stupid.

Nick is obviously staying in that marriage for the perks. He doesn't convince me that he actually loves Jessica at all. I'm *am* convinced that he only married her for those Wedding Night Goodies.

Did they go to Hotel Zaza? If so, I went into the room where they magic happened last weekend.
