Adam looks like Michael Vartan from Alias in the one that shows his tattoo, so I'd say that's a good thing.

Erin Dilly's looks a bit ambiguous...looks like her...but...doesn't really.
I've never seen Sutton's headshot before...

I think Julia Murney's headshots are allright, but the photo they use for her in Lennon I think is VERY scary!

I've noticed many balding, middle-aged character men who use head shots that are at least ten years old, showing them young with full heads of hair.
Are they deluding themselves, or are they just too cheap to get new pictures?

It's probably a style that the photographer uses to de-emphasize the 'wrinkles' and aging etc. I personally think a little overexposure is fine, but pictures like Idina's where they have NO FEATURES (ahem like noses) is just shoddy photography / a bad style of headshots.
