Watching her try to hold together the schizophrenic mess that was The Stepford Wives gave me a whole new level of respect for her. I won't go see a movie just because she's in it, but it at least raises my level of interest.
I went to a taping of Regis & Kelly on Monday when she had her interview segment, which aired this morning I believe, taped. She seemed like an absolute doll and was gracious to the fans in the audience during the "commercial breaks."
I find her to be THE actress of my generation. She's such a chameleon in each of her roles. I did not like the film The Hours, but was happy when she won the Oscar. Personally, I would have liked to have seen her take it home for Moulin Rouge, but oh well.
