I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I think the slasher is the doctor (intern??) working with the two men. He appears to be a little strange to me. I loved the show after they got rid of the unnecessary sex scenes. Will it be back again next season?

What doctor/intern? Also Matt was not Aidan's best friend. They just went to the same school. They can't have Nip Tuck without Justin McMahon.

The guy in the ER with the tatoos is from last season. He was a drug drealer who made Sean and Christian remove drugs from breasts of woman smuggling them into the country. They enacted a great way to get out of it...rent (or buy) the first season dvd's.
