From tmz.com- photo of Mitt Romney with sign at the link- the first time I saw the sign I too read it as MoMA (as in Museum of Modern art) and I so didn't get the 'joke.'

(ps- do people really spell it moma? Momma, mama, sure- but moma?)

Well...for the rhyme to truly work, it would demand the 'mama' spelling.
