Obama Orders Faithful to “Be Nice to Clinton Supporters”
by Bonney Kapp
At a fundraiser last night in Portland that raked in an estimated $350,000 to his campaign coffers, Barack Obama predicted a victory in Oregon, and said he believed the resulting delegate haul would “put us over the top.”
“We will be able to say we have won a majority,” he said. “But we have a lot of work to do ahead of us.”
For Dems to win in November, he said, it will require a unified Party, adding: “That means all of you have to be nice to Clinton supporters.”
After Tuesday there are three more contests.

I've tried to be nice. I've been saying that she's been doing him a favor by staying in through this week. Will be interesting to see how/if he helps retire her debt, and how that plays with those who have donated to him.
They'll insist they have been nothing but sincere to Hillary and her supporters.
Who he picks for his VP will make all the difference in the world.
He's going to have to do a lot more than that to get her supporters to back him.
Of course, it would have been so much better if he asked this say a month ago.
Us Clinton supporters have always been nice to Obama supporters.
Yeah, there was a time where Obama supporters and Clinton supporters were respectfully disagreeing with the other and it was civil.
Its not gonna just be Obama who unites the party but Clinton and Obama. Lets not forget that.

I think it's adorable that people think the party can be united.
Great opening line PJ...
I like how Obama calls them his "faithful". He really thinks he's the Messiah, isn't he?
Obama didn't call his supporters his "faithful" the obnoxious Fox News report called them that.
If I weren't being nice....

Thanks. It was for you, actually, but I didn't want to hear you go off on how you were off me again, so I used Robbie's name instead. He's always off me.
You won't hear me going off about anything...but it's nice to see you take the high road as always.
I'll be in Scotland afore ya.
