I have a huge crush on my Senator. What a cutie. And pretty cool, too. He was so funny last night with Jon Stewart...
"Iraq is sort of a situation where you've got a guy who drove the bus into the ditch. You obviously have to get the bus out of the ditch and that's not easy to do," Obama said. "Although, you should probably fire the driver."

No, just great admiration. (His wife is hot though.) 
His speech at the DNC last year was a highlight of what was a lackluster convention.

Posted: 11/8/05 at 12:44pmYes, his speech was pretty great. In fact, I'd go so far as to say I think he is the best future the democrats have to offer right now. I love every interaction I ever saw between him and the well-spoken crazy man Alan Keyes, as well.

I would look for him in 2012 or even 2016. He is a young man and needs at least one full term as Senator.
I also hope that he does not become cynical. His optimisim is one of his assets.

He and Jon Stewart had such a great rapport, and they weren't even in the same room. I can't wait for him to be a guest on the show again and actually be sitting right next to Stewart.
I loved when he told Jon Stewart that the only person currently being more over-hyped than he (Obama) is Jon Stewart!
