It is nice Obama is pushing a green agenda

The problem is that he kind of went off the wagon. With problems galore @ home & abroad, he finds it necessary to go overseas to shill for Chicago for the Olympics. He could have done this via tele conference.Instead he takes Air Force one & his retinue & auxuliary planes etc wasting gas & polluting

A teleconference would not have the same impact.

It is so sad to see Republicans criticizing the attempt to bring jobs and tourists to Chicago in 2016. It is estimated that the Olympics would bring billions of dollars in jobs, construction and travel expenses to Chicago.

I actually agree with Roxy. Why didn't the president simply invade Denmark and just tell them where to have the Olympics?

Oddly enough I have Republican "friends" who were IRATE that Obama was refusing to go to pitch for the Olympics. NOW, they are IRATE that he did- calling him a "Liar" for changing his mind and ranting he has more important things to do.

So Roxy, will you admit: YOU WOULD CRITICIZE HIM NO MATTER WHAT HE DID.

I wish just once, after all the stink the Roxy types of this world (you know, the mendacious and intellectually challenged) spewed out their butts over Clinton flying to L.A., and Obama using Air Force One, they had ever, EVER discussed how W got from place to place. We know it wasn't a Segway, because he fell off. Is it possible to fly somewhere and STILL think it's a good idea to develop alternative energy supplies? No? It can't be perfect so why bother? Caring about anything just opens a person up to accusations of hypocrisy?
