Buried in the phonebook known as the Affordable Care act is the following:
Sect1342 - Risk Corridor Provision
This MANDATES a taxpayer bailout covering insurance company losses up to 80% . Now you see why they were not against it as their ass is covered on this. Looks like another Obama broken promise.
Mrs R is finding out the hard way re one of his other broken promises - you can keep your doctor. Despite paying over $ 600 for a platinum plan she now finds out her doctor of over 30 years is not on the plan (B/C B/S) and despite being told no referrals needed it turns out they are needed for almost everything
Not a great experience here guys. Good thing she got the Platinum right?
Oh I almost forgot. They only cover generic drugs. Her endocrinologist wants her to take the name brand on 1 drug for a cancer she had.According to ACA tough luck.

Mrs R found out from her doctor he was terminated by the insurance carrier for no reason. He is heartbroken after treating her for over 35 years. He now is contemplating simply retiring as he will now lose many of his long term paitents. He says he cannot deal with it anymore .
Way to go Obama.
He signed it into law. He takes credit for it. He has lied about it many times.
You can blame the whole Democratic party that voted for it en masse. Many democrats are distancing themselves from him and his creation. The GOO may win the Senate in 2014 because of it.
Isn't "Mrs R" the same person who wants to help me cut my auto insurance costs by 90% using the one simple trick the insurance companies don't want me to know about? And isn't Mrs R also the person who now makes $15,000 a month on the internet from the comfort of her own home by just following these 3 simple tips?
It is a shame however the insurance carrier terminated her doctor. They could have just dropped him from their approved provider list. They didn't have to kill him.

The twist in Roxy's story was inevitable. He's been foreshadowing it for two years. He predicted soooooo many doctors would just retire if it went through. I know a lot of people. Nobody but the doctor in Roxy's story has given up.
One of the things I most resent the government for is it's making me feel as if I should defend this terrible for-profit healthcare law.
GOO is a sticky substance you can't easily wash off once you come in contact with it, isn't it?
It could have been a good law if the GOP hadn't spent years beating it down into the bloody pulp it ended up as. And the bonus is now the very same GOP gets to complain about the law they destroyed, all while keeping Obama's name attached to it. Thanks, Roxy!
