I can see that for some of them, Auggie.
but then again, certain hour long episodes are better than regular sometime, like the Benihana Christmas.
but sometimes, it's better to leave it at 30 min., and put the rest of the stuff in the deleted scenes on DVD

I agree actually. As much as I love The Office, I feel it's at it's best with the regular half hour show.
(On a side note, work is sooo sloooow for me right now, that if it wasn't for everyone posting, I'd probably fall into a coma!)

The guy playing Pam's new friend is also a regular on Mad Men. Which makes me wonder how far that friendship will go.

so what was up with Meredith's face for the first part of the episode... it looked like it was burned or something... and then in the last half hour it was normal! REALLY CREEPY!
lastly... i am SO upset right now... i found out that last Thursday they were filming the Office at my old work!!! aaaah... my friend called to tell me that John and Jenna were filming a scene outside my old office window! everyone was wearing parkas and there were signs up saying PRATT INSTITUTE.. so they were definitely filming the campus at my old work (I worked at a university in Burbank, CA)... aargh i'm so jealous... i worked there for six years and they NEVER had interesting shows film there when i worked there... ok ok they did CSI but i don't care for that show... but when i finally quit they decide to have THE OFFICE film there!!!!

I don't know, I kind of got the gay vibe from Pam's new college buddy - did anyone else?

Mistress Overdone I got the "this guy is going to be trouble for Jim" vibe.

Of course there will be trouble. Pam and Jim aren't going to have it so easy. As long as they deal with real couple issues but have them STAY together and get married..I'll be happy. I don't expect their relationship to be perfect all the time.

No "Office" tonight due to the VP debates, correct?

Angela may not be pregnant, but I believe the actress playing Angela was at the middle of her pregnancy at the end of Season 4, so thats why you always see her hiding behind things, now I dont know if she had her baby before season 5 started, or they will be making the character Angela pregnant ... if that makes sence?

Is anyone else enjoying the dorky, awkward dynamic between Michael and Holly? She'd be good to him, and good for him. Jan is crazy. It was hysterical when he ripped up the tickets...leave it to Michael to so typically and cluelessly f-ck up his chance. He doesn't even realize how much Holly likes him! She's great. I wanted her to go on thinking Kevin was retarded for an indefinite period of time.
I love this show.

Her thinking that Kevin was retarded was one of the funniest things ever on the show.

What did you guys think of last night's episode? Pam's comments about her being in costume were hysterical!
