shira, it's not like a live feed web cam; it's the kind of cam that sends an image out about every minute ... he's said that sometimes the wireless feed in the theatre is slow, so at times it'll seem to freeze on a particular image for a little while.

just think .. the poor pitiful people at the show tonight aren't getting to see what we are ... unless they've sneaked their wireless laptops in to the theatre. lol Can some cell phones get web sites like this? I've got a cheapo phone. lol

Okay, re the cam as is / cam as live feed ... here's what Greg said ... I think his actually has the capability for that, but here's why it wouldn't work ...

"I would need a dedicated DSL connection to do a stream feed. The wireless signal here is bogged down by so many other users there just isn't enough bandwidth."

Meaning he'd need the dedicated dsl connection there at the Imperial ... and that'd be bit of a hassle. At his home he could stream, but I think we'd all agree that he deserves his total privacy there. :)
