You set up an account with a photo hosting service. (Photobucket.com is free and very easy to use.) Just follow the directions to post your photo there. Then copy the URL they assign to your photo and paste it into your message. That's it!

awww... just watched the slideshow from yesterday's cam. she didn't put the nun in the dressing room picture up from the matinee. that so would have been my desktop. oh well.
