Hey I was just reading that Erica Piccinnini got married today!Congratulations to her and her new husband Andrew!
That's great news! Congratulations to the both of them.
aww yay congratulations to her and her husband!
Lori: Rockers on Broadway! I am so envious! I really wish I could go to that.
JLY updated his blog today. His entries are fascinating. He also included pictures from the Darlene Love concert. He looks absolutely terrific in them.
Hey guys...kinda random here. But my friend Caroline (broadway betty here on the boards) is Jersey Boys obssessed, and more than that she is obssessed with Daniel Reichard (that is who I go with to see his concerts all the time). Anyhoo...she works in a photo shop and she made these hilarious photo Christmas and New Years cards. The New Years card has pictures of us (us being BWWers who have been to his concerts=me, her, broadwayboobs, bdwaygirl, and a few others), and its quite cute. I will try to scan it onto the computer to show you. But the best part is is that she sent one to Daniel and he has it hanging up in his dressing room. HAHA...I'm a little creeped out that a picture of me is hanging in his dressing room...but oh well.
Oh Lori...I just got tickets to Rockers on Broadway for me and my boyfriend!! We should meet up!!
Erica looks so pretty!
and I liked the pictures of John.
Andrew how was Spring Awakening?

Great pictures of John! I love broadwayboobs. He was the first BWWer I met. My mom (aka Mominator here) does not count. Andera were you at the Matt Morrison get togther a little over a year ago? I have to upload the pictures from that.
Erin...I was at the Matty gathering back in 05 (SO LONG AGO haha...can't go wrong with Matthew Morrison and ice cream haha). I haven't seen pictures from that in sooooo long, you should post that big group one lol.
And boobs is amazing. There are no words to describe him. LOL. LOVE HIM.

Ice cram with Matt was a blast. My poor dad was the only guy there other than Matt but he had a great time.
Matt needs to come back to Broadway...and fast. He was amazing in Light in the Piazza. I saw the show two days before he left, fourth row orch house right, and I was a complete mess when he sang "Love to Me". AHHH...I love that show so much! It comes to Philly in March though
oohh I loved LITP. I saw the touring cast and it was amazing times ten.

Way off-topic but today in my writing class I had to finish my common place book which is a collection of writings that we like and we had to explain why we like them. I used some lyrics from Light in the Piazza which my teacher thought was great.
I wish I could have seen Matt in the show. But seeing it with Aaron Lazar was great.
I just found out today that I'm probably going to New York in February and seeing Jersey Boys!!!
YAYAYAYAYAY!!!
I am veryveryvery excited. hahaha

That's great news Emily. I hope you do get to see it.
Matt's great on the LitP recording, but I got to see Aaron on the PBS broadcast of it. I really hope I can see LitP on tour in Philly in March.

The tour of Piazza comes to Boston at the end of May. I would love to see it again.
For the last 15 minutes of the show I was in tears to, this date it has been the only show I have cried at. The line that gets me the most is right before Fable when Clara says "I can't leave you" and Margert says "Yes you can." I'm in tears right now thinking of it.
Okay I'm done now. Back on topic.

LOL, just one more little thing about Piazza.
The line that gets me the most is right before Fable when Clara says "I can't leave you" and Margert says "Yes you can." I'm in tears right now thinking of it.
I watched a clip of it on the unmentionable site, and I was a mess.

How Piazza lost the Tony for best muscial is beyond me. The first words out of my dads mouth during the intermisson of Piazza was "This lost best musical?" which was the first thing I said after the PBS broadcast.
What days does John usually take off?
stupid question, I know, I just couldn't remember.
Emily...he takes off wednesday and saturday matinees.
I saw LITP before the Tonys and was PISSED when it didn't win. But it will always be my favorite musical. I saw it four times, which was a record for seeing a show back then for me, a record that Jersey Boys now holds.

John dose not do the matinees on two show days which are wednesday and saturday. So he only dose six shows a week now.
Does anyone know if you can get a refund if John is out? Because I'm going to rush soon and, sorry Michael or Matthew, but I am NOT curious.

Well it's offical now that Micheal is doing the wednesday and saturday afternoon shows. So I just woundn't get rush seats for those shows.
Micheal is amazing in the show. You should give him a chance.
Really? I've heard from a few friends that his voice sounds very tired and worn out, and that he was not very good. After I see John a couple more times then I will see Michael.
Hey everyone!
Yes Andrea we should meet up that would be cool!!!
Andrew, I think Michael is very good too. You should see him! I John will always be my favorite Frankie Valli though Michaels and John's voices are both amazing!!!
Christine, I haven't ate there, my Dad has, he said its excellent but pricy of course LOL
