It sucks but at the same time, atleast he isn't gone forever. Maybe plans will change and you can come back within the next 6 months.

Erin, I agree with Judy--your neice is adorable, gorgeous eyes (and I'm loving the hat)! John Lloyd Young Love Thread

And sorry that John won't be in, RobbO. I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time anyway, though. :o)

Glad you loved MP Lori!

I feel like this post is really choppy, haha.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that for those of you who are friends with Daniel's music page on Myspace, we're putting up a slideshow of fan photos, so send us what you got! hehe. John Lloyd Young Love Thread Here's the e-mail address: dreich_jb_music@yahoo.com

Rachel, thanks for all of the hard work you do on Daniel's myspace page!

Kristina, cute reply from John! I, too, mentioned Kathryn in the latest letter that I sent him. I said that I was glad that they finally got to meet. :)

I hope John is having a wonderful vacation. He updated his blog with a link of a Japanese Four Seasons cover band. The band sings Sherry. The clip is quite entertaining--I love the production values and the dancing. Love that on his blog John includes fun tidbits related to JB, or recommends shows that he likes.

Whose idea was this.... I've seen far too many show... This is just Broadway too... not offbway, tours, benefits, or concerts. Here we go...

Wicked (it's in the double digits)
Jersey Boys (also double digits)
Beauty & the Beast (3 times)
Lion King
42nd St
Movin' Out
Aida
Boy from Oz
Avenue Q
Rent (6 times)
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (3 times)
Spelling Bee (2 times)
Light in the Piazza (2 times)
Little Shop of Horrors
Little Women
All Shook Up
Lestat
BKLYN (2 times)
Tarzan
Les Mis
Grey Gardens
A Chorus Line
Sweet Charity
The Wedding Singer
The Drowsy Chaperone
Hairspray
The Color Purple
Naked Girl on the Appian Way
The Producers
Mamma Mia (2 times)
Sweeney Todd
Spring Awakening (2 times)
The Apple Tree (one bway and at Encores!)
High Fidelity

If we're counting other stuff...
Hairspray on tour
Cats on tour (2 times)
Grease on tour
Sweet Charity on tour
Carnival! at the Kennedy Center (they hope to bring it to Bway)
Phantom in Toronto
Altar Boys (2 times)
See What I Wanna See
A Soldier's Play
I Love You Because

I thiiiiink that is it but I am sure I am forgetting some. Then there is multiple concerts, benefits, and events that Broadway people or cast have done that I've gone to... and the 2006 Tonys! WOW! I've spent way too much money on an addiction.

Hey everyone! Guess what. My sister was doing her student teaching the other day and she was wearing her JB T-shirt and the teacher that she was observing came up to her and said to her "Wasn't that the BEST show ever!!!" and Shannon was like "Yeah" and she told the teacher about me meeting John and the teacher said "That's very good for your sister!" Also the teacher said that John and the Boys did an awesome job in the show and that they sounded a lot like The 4 Seasons. She said that she couldn't tell John apart from Frankie Valli. John Lloyd Young Love Thread
Another thing, this woman that gives my Dad his paycheck every week saw the show, too and LOVED it! Isn't that cool! At least I'm not the only person in South Carolina who has saw JB!
"Awww! Boo!"

Aw, Erin your niece is adorable! It's great to hear that John's extending his run. =)

Yesterday I was at an all day Drama competition, performing Annie. It was so much fun. I got to meet up with an old friend and then take a dancing an singing workshop.

i met this guy, Emiliano, coming out of the stage door on april 6, I was passing by as I was going to see Curtains. I gave him my copy of my program from the Tonys, asking him to get it to JLY to autograph. I never received it back. Does anybody know him? I guess I was taken for a ride and now I lost my great memento that I had been holding onto for almost a year. Either that or somebody is making $$$$ on ebay off me.....

what does everybody think???? so what happenned???

Fran: Were you going back to the theater after you saw the show so you could pick up your playbill?

he said he would mail it back to me, i gave him a self addressed envelope. this was before easter so I should have received it, since JLY said he signed it that night

That's really weird Fran, especially if John said he signed it that night. He's always really good about that stuff. The only reason I can think of for you not getting it back would be it getting lost in the mail, which may not happen often but it is a possibility. Either way, that's really unfortunate, and I hope that you get it back somehow.

Saw John's blog...looks like someone's very busy. John Lloyd Young Love Thread I'm so excited for Legally Blonde, hope to see it sometime this summer!

Saw RENT today. It was amazing to see it on the 11th anniversary! Especially with Gwen Stweart starting today (member of the OBC), it was a very very touching moment to see her reprise the role she created exactly 11 years today!
