JB Fan I wasnt posting it to show what John sings, I was posting it to show how many songs were in the show.
Aww Lori thanks so much for the confetti!
Here's the link to an interview John did. You'll be surprised what his FULL name is! http://playbill.com/news/article/104319.html

JB Lover, I know, but it isn't really clear the way the songs are listed, and it's hard to count. So, I just took what you wrote and put numbers beside them and pointed out the ones he doesn't sing.
I thought you were helping, and I was just helping to make it more clear.
We are all loving the boys together here.

Thanks for posting the link to the interview!
The interview was cute! I didn't know his FULL name was John Lloyd Mills Young. It sounds funny and cute! I just had to laugh at that!
Kathryn, welcome back!!
:)
The chick flick thing sounds GREAT. I can't wait to see them commenting on the film.
I guess I'll have to DVR that!
I got a letter from John today! Back-to-back! First the card now another letter! It says.........
Dear Kristina,
Thanks for your letter. The 27th is just around the corner! I know you'll like the show a lot!
See you soon!

It went fine My friends came in with me. Since there isn't much talking in Cats for the acting part we had to pretend to be animals while going across the stage but we see a stool so we got to look at it.
Well all three os us were on stage at the same time so it got kinda intersting. I was a guine pig my friend was her cat and my other firend was a monkey of some sorts. It's hard to describe what happend.
I'm so happy about the Les Miz news! Now I might be able to see it.
I can't wait to see the chick flick thing!
Eat your hearts out guys. Saw him at the Nets game last night. He sang the National Anthem. He was with his entourage. We all talked to him for a few minutes.
Lucky Duck! I'll get to meet him soon..........

That's cool about seeing the game. I wouldn't be able to watch it anyway since the game was under one of the sports packages things on cable. How was he?

That "3 Men & a Chick Flick" thing sounds so cool! But I don't get WE. Maybe I'll go to a friend's house or something.
That was a good interview with JLY. I love Project Runway! And Rufus Wainwright, too... but then again, all Bway people love Rufus Wainwright.
Hey, who's in JLY's entourage? I wasn't aware he had one. I hate how they never air the national anthem at games. I mean, what else do people watch them for?
I wish I could have heard John singing at the Nets game! :)
Kristina, btw, thanks for contacting me through MySpace. I'll leave you a comment soon.
This link is a fantastic article about the cultural and sociological impact of JERSEY BOYS and DREAMGIRLS. The article alludes to the tour in SF, but it's mainly about the show itself--both about what it means to American audiences and how it signifies what is lacking in today's pop culture.
I have not seen DREAMGIRLS (neither the movie nor the show) but I want to.
ETA: I just mailed John a Christmas card. Hope it reads in time for the holiday.

Well, my mom and sister showed me part of my out fit that I'm gonna wear when I see JB. So far I've only seen the pants. To me it looks like a secretary/pantsy/dressy outfit. Like Shannon said she wants me to look beautiful! Ugh! I hope Shannon thinks I look beautiful now.

Kristina- Have you gotten your tickets yet? I know you said you thought you were in the frist row but I was just wondering which seats you had. I'm sure you will look nice. It's great to see people getting dressed up to see a show. When I saw Light in the Piazza there were people in cut-off jeans.
I'm getting mine at the box office. The color of my outfit is brown with very thin pinkish, purple stripes on it. And yes we're gonna be in the front row.
Ok this is off-topic but I would ask.
Have any of you seen Superman Returns?

Welcome to the thread Mimi!
Hey all!
So I FINALLY saw the show! I saw the touring cast and they were amazing! I got pictures with the four guys and they were all so sweet and incredibly talented! I definitely want to see the show again. It was just as good (ok, even ten times better) than I expected.
The guy who plays Gyp gave me advice on being an actor/singer. He was very funny. Everyone in the cast was so friendly.
This is my favorite show even more so than it was before. Yay for Jersey Boys!!
Six more days until I see JB!
Now I realize that my outfit that I'm gonna wear at JB is a x-mas present!
