Interesting to compare the two posters though I understand completely why the changes were made. I for the record also don't think either image looks much like Portman.

Huh. I don't think that website has it right, actually. If you go to the Apple Trailers website for Black Swan, you see both pictures - the site switches back and forth between one and the other. I guess it's supposed to represent Portman's white swan/black swan two-sided personality or something? It's hard to say without seeing the movie. But in any event, this doesn't look like an unintentional Photoshop disaster.

I think one design is the designated poster for Venice and the other for Toronto (notice the order of the lineup changes). I'm fairly certain the second is indeed the new poster - it more closely resembles Portman and on the poster itself, Portman now gets top billing....
