Oh Wise BWWers, I need your help w/ my sweet 16!

It's crunch time and I'm completely lost! My theme is "backstage at a theater" and at first everything was going well and my gayspiration and I wanted to put "props" everywhere and have everything completely random and such; but now we're having trouble executed the ideas. What would be a good prop? I mean, a broom could be a prop but obviously wouldn't look good just placed against a wall.

Also, how can we let people know "ta-da you're being allowed backstage and in the dressing rooms of a theater!" without actually saying it?

Um, black.... a lot of black. And a lot of costumes just kinda thrown everywhere.

In high school I had a very organized back stage though.. it wasnt' really messy. Our director was a anal when it came to putting things where they go.

hehe! We want to get lots of random sequined fabric and such and just throw it around everywhere. I think we're going to end up with a sparklely head-trip more than a dressing room, but then again isn't that what a dressing room is?? lol

haha, we came up with the backstage theme in an attempt to avoid the typical playbills on the table type of thing....It looks like its going to be boas and glitter for me!!! Not that I'm complaing at all
