He's going cheap! REALLY CHEAP! $100 for a healthy baby boy! What a bargain!
" JOLIET -- Police say a woman sold her infant son for $100 Monday.
Jovon Griggs, 28, of 411 Grover St. was arrested after a "concerned citizen" purchased the 18-month-old child, Deputy Chief Patrick Kerr said. The sale occurred under police supervision.
Kerr said police became aware of the Oliver Twist-like incident around 8:45 a.m. A profile for a 28-year-old Joliet woman named Jovon, believed to be Jovon Griggs, on MySpace.com notes she is a "proud parent."

A woman in Malaysia is mad because she sold her baby for RM200 (however much that is) and then the purchaser turned around and re-sold the baby for a LOT more. Do not undervalue your baby!

oh yes! He and Shani are the reasons I love the soundtrack so much more than the original cast recording.
Bluegobo has a number from Pickwick, which is kind of fun...he's charming!
Oh, and babies should be traded like baseball cards, not sold!

Damn, she got TOOK!
I think in this case, it's wise to retain ownership and work out rental/lease deals for the child, providing they are not going to be subjected to more than normal wear & tear.
