Online Video Editing PLEASE HELP!

Does anyone know of any good online video editing that can allow me to get my video from the site to youtube?

Where is the site? If can download the file then that's best,, but you can use something like Camtasia I think to grab the video/audio.

I use jumpcut, but once you make a video on jumpcut its on there and no option to save it to your comp then put it on youtube.
