I don't like the term "overrated," because what you're doing is criticising the consensus OPINION of the film, and not actually forming one of your own.

Criticize the film if you want to, as an individual, but why criticize other people's opinions?

Do you like your own opinions to be criticized too?

And I have to add I think it's pretty ballsy to name Citizen Kane as an overrated movie. To paraphrase what b12b said, maybe you don't like it, rentaholic2, but as it's required viewing in film school, I don't think you can accurately say it's "overrated."
