I can't remember if it's on the commentary or not, but she wrote that monologue herself and asked them if she could do it. Bob Balaban and Christopher Guest had not seen it, so their reactions (which are pretty priceless) are real as that was all one take.

So brill.
Parkey Posey in general (LOVED her on W&G - "If you ever ask me for another Friday night off, I will go carnival freak crazy on your ass. I'm serious. I will scratch your eyes out,"), but this monologue is especially amazing.
