Best12Bars, I appreciate your point regarding the African-American employees suing, but I suspect their suit would be thrown out as well because they took too long to sue. There is an extremely short statute of limitations, at least at the federal level. I don't know about Georgia state law (assuming that's where they'd sue) but it is one of the southern states, which aren't exactly known for making it easy to protect civil rights.

In other words, unless they can allege something that happened sometime this year, they're probably out of luck.
