Peanut Butter, not a big fan, but I'm always up for a PB&J sandwich. When you start to go overboard with the peanut butter, it gets worse.

Well i have a friend who's really allergicv to pineapple but she can drink pineapple juice because the enzymes are crushed when the juice is made--maybe that'll happen when the peanuts are crushed?

Posted: 9/3/04 at 3:43pmNot a day goes by that I don't have some peanut butter...I LOVE it...it is fabulous spread on pieces of a quatered Granny Smith apple (the tartness of the apple against the sweet nuttiness - YUM)...its even good spread on pancakes and dribbled with Maple Syrup...oh don't get me started on the joys of the Peanut, Possums!

I have seen some awesome butters at trader joe's, including cashew butter and macadamia nut butter...a bizillion calories, but yummy.
