My daughter went nuts today when she saw The Playhouse was returning to TV...even though we have every episode on DVD and have watched them DOZENS of times!
I love the episode with Fireman Frank. Ms. Yvonne keeps coming on to him. When he tells "the boys and girls" to make sure they check their smoke detectors twice a year, Ms. Yvonne suggests that he come to her house and check the one over her bed.
I read somewhere that a lot of these lines were censored and dubbed when originally shown on Saturday morning TV. (That's why I LOVE the boxed sets.)
Does anyone know if the Cartoon Network is showing the voice-overed versions or the "real" ones?

^ Since it's on Adult Swim, I'd say they'd show the unedited ones.
And you're right, Miss Yvonne was a nasty ho!
