I have my screening round for grad school auditions today (I'm doing URTAs), and I have butterflies in my stomach. Please say a prayer for me that I move on to the next round (or if you're not the praying sort, please send good vibes). I can use all the help I can get!

Thanks everyone. I made it past the screening round! So tomorrow at 11:39 CST, I will be showing my two-monologues-in-three-minutes to the grad schools. Woo-hoo!

Thanks for all your support. I got interviews from five schools!

- Arizona State University
- California State University - Fullerton
- Florida State University / Asolo Conservatory
- University of Missouri at Kansas City
- Roosevelt University

If you know anything about these schools or their reputations, please let me know via PM. The schools aren't allowed to start making offers until the 18th, so I have a little time to do research before making any big decisions.

I have 8 friends who are doing Chicago URTAs and then UPTAs. None of them got called back to the same schools are you did. And only one of them got passed on the first time. The rest had to do the 1-minute.

I have two friends that go to ASU, but not for theatre. I did look at one of their theatre buildings and I think I remember being impressed.

I was told to either be wary of FSU or CFU. Does anyone recall which has the bad rep?

I don't know if this will help jog your memory or not, but FSU works in conjunction with the Asolo Repertory Theatre, which is currently hosting the pre-B-way production of A Tale of Two Cities (as son_of_a_gunn_25 would point out).
