Do you ever miss the pops and hiss of LPs? Modern technology has made music so clean sounding.

There is something I miss about the pop and hiss of the old LPs. There is also a slightly richer sound to the vinyl.

I was thinking more about the humid weather tonight causing my old injuries to flair up and make me hiss in pain when my foot, ankles and wrists randomly pop and click in their sockets.

As for records, I liked to turn the volume off on the speakers and listen to the hint of tinny music coming off the needle.

I stiil listen to my vinyl and that 2-3 second sss is a psych for me. gets me right inthe mood to "listen" for what's about to start
