I really want $1000 too. I have this cute half sea horse, half horse stuff animal that looks possessed. Maybe I can sell that.

I'm not sure if I disbelieve this...or at least all of it...
When I was a kid we had a lot of trouble with some Papuan New Guinean masks that my dad had collected in his travels. He had about 20 or 30 of them that were all hung in the stairwell.
My brother would complain of an awful stench in his room...things decomposing. My sister and I would refuse to sleep in our shared bedroom, we would only sleep in our parents bed.
Bad things kept happening to us...My parents became suspicious of the masks and called our Parish Priest to investigate. His wife came also, and said she felt a terrible evil coming from one of the masks. My father agreed, and said, "If it's going to be anything, it will be that one..." and pointed at one of the masks. Something happened...my father said it was like he had grabbed hold of an electric fence. Whatever, he had been shocked by this mask.
We decided we had to get rid of them. My dad took them outside, and got an axe and proceeded to try and cut them up.
The axe broke.
We tried to burn them, but 3 times it started raining unexpectedly, each time dousing the flames.
Finally he managed to destroy them...
But my parents said that my sister and I complained about seeing ghosts in the roof for the next couple of weeks...

Sigh.. He prob'ly bought that at Salvy for 95 cents and now he's making $10,600.
Does anyone actually believe this crap?? It would have been quasi-beliveable if he didn't add all those updates, one after another....to convince us how SpooOOOOoooky this is or something???

I should sell my demon duck to some dumb sucker.
Perhaps I should explain: When I was 11, my grandfather gave me a stuffed duck dressed like a farmer, and when you squeezed it, its cheeks would light up and it would quack a song.
Well, one night I was getting ready for bed. Out of nowhere, the think goes off, quacking, its cheeks glowing an unearthly, demonic red. So I got the hell out of there and my mom took its batteries out. It spent the rest of its days in the basement.

Emcee, when one of my friends linked me to this the first time, it was one am and I was sitting in the dark with my stuffed Stitch. Needless to say, it freaked me out. But my Stitch hasn't tried to kill my dog, so I think I'll be okay

My Stitch is at home, so I am happy and safe in my dorm. Maybe I'll see if my brother wants to house him when I go home.
That story is totally BS, but I'm the kind of person who never sees scary movies because they she won't go anywhere alone for three weeks, so now I'm scared of Stitch. He's rather cute, too!

Yeah, my Stitch is too, usually, but I'm home for Spring Break with him.
I scare so easily - on Halloween I went on a ghost tour of my campus, and by the end I was afraid to sleep alone (my roommate chooses the worst times to go out home and leave me alone in the room - the same thing happened when I first saw The Ring).
It's actually Eva Cassidy (singer with an absolutely gorgeous voice). Someday I'll find a suitable picture of myself to put as an icon
