On 11/10, Charlie Gibson interviewed our fearless leader & asked him: "Will you & your family give up your current health care program & join the universal healthcare that the rest of us will be on"?

There was a stoney silence as Obama ignored the question & chose not to answer it. The Kennedy (looking for the pity vote)Care Bill has written into it that Congress will be 100 % exempt.

This more than anything shows his rank hypocracy. I will ram it down your throat but no way I am going on it. It looks like Mr Gibson may wind up on Obama's fast growing enemies list.

Why would he? The universal health plan is for people who don't have insurance, or those that don't like the plan they have. He has federal health insurance which is really good. If he wants to keep his, I don't see the big deal.

Instead, I found almost the exact same statement you made from July on another site and it was confirmed that the question as posed was NEVER asked.

The problem is that there are valid arguments against the health care proposal (I don't agree with them, but I have reasonable conservative friends who think it is an overreach, and that while something needs to be done, this is not it).

But by regurgitating garbage that is out there, the true debate never happens. Instead, those who are opposed to health care reform because they are told to fear Obama, respond in a Pavlovian way, believe anything they read, and look like monkeys throwing their own poo just because they are told to do so.

If Roxy bitched and moaned for 8 years over some of the thing Bush and Co. did I may cut him some slack. Where does Roxy stand on the Birther movement? Will Roxy take on Glen Beck for calling Obama a racist? It's either Roxy or Goth who start these dumb posts about such petty things with Obama.I myself have some issues with Obama, I admit it.I have started threads criticizing Obama and I feel I give good reason for doing so. Does Roxy? Having a genuine reason for criticizing someone is one thing. Roxy criticizes him for being a Democrat. Having said that, he is still better than Bush and way better than McCain or Palin. So, I feel after reading enough of Roxy's anti Obama threads that he is a racist. That's my opinion based on his petty arguments he seems to never be able to back up or provide a link to. Roxy plays the old, 'Some people say' argument Fox News is great at and hopes no one asks for a link or to provide proof to his claims. I can read a thread started by Roxy and know where he is going with it.I can read a thread by Roscoe and know that his criticism is not based on Obama's political party or color of his skin.Wonder where Roxy stands on Glen Beck's comments about Obama being a racist.

Yes, I LOVE Broadway and I am sure Roxy will be touched by your support.Search some more.When I first joined BWW I use to post more Broadway related posts.This is the OFF TOPIC section FYI.Did I hit a nerve? What does my post have to do with you asking if I have ever posted anything Broadway related? Earlier this evening I got up a pop-up suggesting that Obama wants moms to go back to school. Is this true? It's obviously for socialist reeducation. Teaching sculpture to limbless children.

I totally agree with YouWantitWhen????. There is so much to really aruge about in our current political climate. Hell I voted for President Obama and (although I do not regret it in the least) am very unhappy with certain inactions on his part, mainly about gay issues. But instead of latching onto actual points of debate, REAL solid points, people turn to lies and fear mongering. Although I will hear an actual sound argument from a Conservative every now and then, these are outweighed 10x by attacks on his race, the "fact" that he's a Communist AND a Socialist (just...wow), and other ridiculous points of insanity. I mean just look at that whole birther movement!
