The teacher and the teacher's assistant should be polishing Crystal Balls in Psychic storefront displays rather then administrating the education of children!

It was a teacher's aid who made the allegation, not someone in charge. Why they paid attention to her is a legal matter. You get what you pay for. I've had teacher assistants who were a hell of a lot more ignorant than my kids.
