Ok so I'm having trouble doing simple things like bolding, italics, and the like or even just linking something. What kind of coding does this board use? Because I've tried both html and bbcode and for some reason neither work properly when I post. Anyone care to help a girl out?

Thanks love, I got the bold etc jazz down, I did attempt the linking part though, still no luck. I shake my fist at my lack of understanding.
No prob
Haha yeah, I've never been good with links either. I end up just copying and pasting the entire ugly thing, wishing it could be a nice red clickable word or phrase...

Joliz, your avatar is HOT!
JACXR71 that's my same deal, I curse the links that are four lines long making my post all ugly.
Chrysanthemum62001 I have changed it like 4 times in the last ten minutes because I'm indicisive, did you mean Rosario, Olivia and Elliot from SVU or Fraggle Rock?

Me too! I'm watching it as we speak.
I'm dying for the writers to finally hook these two up. I mean how hot would that be?
If you're still having trouble making a link a link, let me explain briefly. The "template" you should use is < a href="link" > (Link description, the actual WORDS you would like the link to embody) < /a >
Without the spaces. So if I were to...make a link to Yahoo, and label it....Better than Google, it would look like...
< a href= "http://www.yahoo.com" > Better Than Google < /a >
Sans the spaces.
I'll add this to the FAQ, as well.

< a href= "http://www.yahoo.com" > Better Than Google < /a >
haha I agree!
See sadly that doesn't work for me, when I try that code it comes out like this ^
Hmm...that's what happens to me too. It may just be a BWW thing. That's the tag for linking to an open source. If the name of the link is REALLY necessary, then... I don't know what to help you with. However, if just getting the link up there is the problem, make sure you have http:// before the www.com
