I had no idea you lived in New Hope; I lived there from 1980-1990, and I loved it. I was in grad school, and commuted to Rutgers in New Brunswick for most of that time.

$900 for a 2 bed/2 bath in Kirkland, across the lake from Seattle. When I move to Seattle later this year it'll be significantly more expensive.
