If you go to accesshollywood.com and click "Where to Watch," there's a map. Click your state, then find your city, or one near you. It will tell you the times.

Probably not, I think it's behind-the-scenes stuff.

It seems like they've been putting a lot of thought into what they want their marketing strategy to be. That said, I really don't think Access Hollywood is the place they'll want to premiere their trailer.
