I have spent the bulk of the evening cooking. I made white chocolate-cranberry-oatmeal cookies, chocolate-caramel-pecan tollhouse cookies, cranberry-pistachio biscotti, and at my best friend's husband's request, rice crispy treats, dipped in peanut butter then in chocolate on a stick! I am Betty-freakin-Crocker!!! I am mailing some home. Anyone want me to send you some?
