Just caught her in "After Hours" episode on the Twilight Zone marathon. Such a cool, classic beauty!

I just watched her yesterday in "Forbidden Planet". A beautiful lady who made my mother VERY irritated when I decided at the age of 6 that I wanted to look like her. So I got a magic marker (there were no fine points then) and gave myself a beauty mark. A large, black, indelible beauty mark.

My mother would have happy if that's all I did to emulate Anne Francis. I dressed up in a leotard and karate-chopped my way through the house as "Honey West".

Just last night, I watched her in Funny Girl, which Comcast offers On Demand.

She was great in Forbidden and The After Hours among many other roles. She was a classic beauty & she will be missed.
