OH MY GOD!!! As a diehard Sox fan, this is quite possibly the funniest thing I've ever heard! I guess six of the players (Kevin Millar, Johnny Damon, Bill Meuller, Jason Varitek, Doug Mirabelli, and Tim Wakefield) are going to get madeover on Queer Eye. I cannot wait for this to air!!! I'm sure there aren't many folks here that really care, but the thought of six burly ball players running around w/ Carson...GENIUS!

There is not a single Red Sox team member on that list that I would NOT like to see with his shirt off. Oh Kevin Millar, even when you had that tobacky leaf hanging off your chin last year, I STILL wanted to lick your moustache. CARSON, you'd better make them all go shirtless sister mister girlfriend, and BRAVO this best be the first two hour Queer Eye.

My god, each of my sentences is addressed to somebody else who doesn't read this site. I'm getting like Corine.

I haven't seen an official date...I did read somewhere that it might be in June (the season premire?)...I'm not sure. Whenever it is, it'll be too long a wait!

On a sad note, my mom was telling me that the Boston radio stations were all bitching about it this morning, saying "the boys were setting a bad example, by appearing on the show." How ridiculous is that?!?!? I'd have expected better from Boston!

Oh Namo...I would LOVE for this to be a two hour event! Apparently, Johnny Damon refused to let them touch his hair. Just thinking of Millar and Carson makes me oh so happy. They're going to be a riot!

I'm also a die-hard Red Sox fan, and when I read about this, I thought it was one of the funniest things I've read.....so now the self-proclaimed "band of idiots" is getting a makeover. Wow! I guess they think they're too sexy for their uniforms!!! I agree!!!! :)

He shaved it over the summer for charity, but I think he's got it back now (I haven't really seen many spring training pictures though, so I can't say for sure).
