Dear Mr. RightSaidRick Sir,
it has been suggested I go to you for a weight loss regimen...I am hoping you come up with something different than the last time you tried to help, which was basically liposuction without the tools...I'm all for the hands on approach, but actually ripping the fat cells off of me while you whistled the overture to Candide was a little more than I bargained for...
maybe you could put together menu for me to puruse? Oh, and I am writing this on the message board for the convenience of others, since I am only 8 feet from you now, albiet 8 feet below you in this rank, disease ridden ditch you call a basement

Well Mr.S,Ya came to the right feller. One of the fundamentals of my weight loss regimen is the forced withholding of food. I've found that is the key to fast, easy and often dangerous weight loss. Be prepared for some minor side effects like bleeding gums and teeth, the sudden loss of hair, the inability to swallow solid food (not that yer gettin' any varmint)and the occasional bout of explosive diharrea. Where my program is different from all those other feller's programs is that I take the extra time to individually beat, choke and sodomize my clients. This treatment will be applied generously and vigorously throughout yer stay. When yer not cryin' into yer rock pillow in yer own freshly dug pit, ya'll be feasting on the scraps of food and animal waste that I pass to you via my "service bucket." (Which also doubles as yer crapper, so be sure to wash those hands.) I gots to run, another client has arrived. More later.

Oh just go on the HUSSY diet. Do every one and by this you man-tain your mouth occupied with non fattening things. Glad you are back Marc.
