His song POSES is haunting, and I can't stop listening to it.
Discuss.

I listened to his Agnus Dei on a loop for two days.
Such an interesting pop star.

Great musician. And for those of you who haven't seen the film version of The History Boys (or didn't sit through the credits), definitely check out his beautiful "Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered" on the soundtrack. Or over the actual credits--DVD comes out April 17th!--because it's especially beautiful at the film's end.

I love Rufus...listening to his "Want One" album right now. He's such an awesome musician and his voice is so unique. I really loved hearing him in the Hitory Boys movie, too.

Posted: 4/8/07 at 2:30amI first heard him on the Moulin Rouge soundtrack years ago and shortly after saw him on Conan singing "Cigarettes and Chocolate Milk," and have been hooked ever since. I have all of his albums and have been lucky enough to see him in concert several times! I know that he would love to be a mainstream success, as he's said it many times before, but I love that he just has a smaller devoted fan following. He is, without a doubt, my favorite artist/singer-songwriter/composer extraordinaire. I'll gush/discuss more when I get some sleep and can form a clear, articulate thought.
