He is amazing, in such a simple, understated way... if that makes any sense. I am doing a duet with him someday, I swear.

I really like him but sometimes his diction is shocking and I can't understand what he's singing.

I'm a huge Rufus fan. His Poses and Want One albums are often in my CD player.

He's also a FANTASTIC live performer.

I like Rufus, but I *love* his mom and aunt, Kate and Anna McGarrigle, who for lack of a better description, are French-Canadian folksingers. His dad, Loudon Wainwright III is no slouch, either.

It's a pretty talented family all round, iflit. I have seen Rufus live about 5 times now and once it was a family affair, with the McGarrigle Sisters and Martha Wainwright all performing with him. Another time, Martha (his sister) opened for him and then sang back up for him the rest of the night. Twas amazing. I believe Martha has an album coming out soon too. Love them all.
