I haven't read the book, but I'm excited to see the movie. There are some good actors in it (I'm a fan of Kristin Chenoweth).

The book is amazing - what an outrageous true story! I can't believe that actually happened to him.

I wonder who Krisin will play?? Annette Bening is going to be amazing. Can't wait to see it!

According to IMDB, the kid playing Augusten is 19. he must look pretty young because I believe in the book he is 12 or 14... Updated On: 4/7/05 at 11:14 PM

So who do you think is going to do the cover of "You Light Up My Life" over the closing credits? Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Avril Lavigne?

Doesn't that conflict with her rigid Christian morals?

I did love this book but I am apprehensive about how it will translate into a movie.

Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.
