Well, the fake commercial was semi-funny. Not to mention...Seth Meyers and Finesse Mitchell.

Posted: 10/10/04 at 12:19amWeekend Update is running much smoother tonight. Amy recovered from that bomb about Afghanistan elections with the Britney Spears zinger (which was HILARIOUS, by the way).

I think Amy is the most versatile performer on the show. I think Maya is hilarious... I love Tina on Weekend Update, but I think she's a far superior writer than performer. Rachel Dratch is just insane. The female cast is VERY strong...
Seth is the only one that really does it for me as far as the guys go. The rest have their moments, but on the whole, don't love them.

Posted: 10/10/04 at 2:32pmSeth Meyers in a towel opening it up to show off his pubes... of course it was blurred, but WOW! I always thought he was kinda cute, but I didn't know he worked out. He's hot. I wish I had screen caps from that...

Am I the only non-fan of Maya? I think she's great as Donatella Versace but that's pretty much it.
I would be looking forward to the best of Jimmy Fallon, if I knew it didn't mean a lotta sketches with Horatio Sanz. Ugh.
Come back, SNL of the yesteryears! Come back!

I like Maya a lot.
She makes me laugh no matter what she does.

Finesse wasn't too bad neither.
And Amy's Britney line was definitely the highlight of the show.
