RCA Records will release the soundtrack to Whitney Houston's final film, the remake of the classic 1976 musical drama, "Sparkle" on 07/31/2012. The album will contain songs composed by Curtis Mayfield for the original as well as some new songs. The film stars Jordin Sparks in the role originated by Irene Cara.
The film will be released on 08/17/12 nationwide by Sony Pictures Enteratinment.
