Sad Passover Song Question

Heard a song last year - don't remember the title or the singer (that's always my problem), but the song details a generation of Passover Seders, and how when grandfather died, father took over, and then father died, and I took over...something like that.

Does this ring a bell to anyone?

Possibly "Passover" from William Finn's 'Elegies: A Song Cycle' -- sung by the fabulous Carolee Carmello on the 2003 Fynsworth Alley Records cast recording?
