Posted: 1/2/06 at 11:30amAnyone else feel this way about '06? I always think of New Years as a new beginning, but coming back to work today, I just realized it's the same bag of crap in a different package.

Posted: 1/2/06 at 11:51am2005 to 2006 is a date change. "New Year" is a mindset. We just choose and hope. 2005 was a brutal year for a lot of folks I care about, so I'm praying for a better year this time. Just hang in here, Bobby. We still only get each day one day at a time.

Another day, another Disney movie. One of my students did string a sentence together on his own today. He said, "I want rice cake!" I was pretty impressed. It's the little things in my line of work.
Everything else still feels like 2005.
