Good, old-fashioned fun:
U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton, expected to decide today whether Scooter Libby will go to prison or remain free while appealing his conviction, said from the bench this morning that he's received threatening letters as a result of the 30-month sentence he imposed on Libby last week.
"I received a number of angry, harassing mean-spirited phone calls and letters," Walton said. "Some of those were wishing bad things on me and my family."
Walton said he's keeping the letters as evidence just in case somebody decides to seek retribution against him.
