I am as QM has said very happy the force has grown in power, but "verter", Vadar, coincidence? I would hope so but the "ites" have said I am too young to convert, still being under thirty. Whereas the "ers," well the "ers" are just wandering around in tiny circles at the moment trying to figure out why the giant ball in the sky is so hot and disappears sometimes, so they are of no consequence.
I have recieved my call and shall be trained in the ways of "ite" in Carolinoba all summer, upon return in August all "ers" will be forcibly converted (if I fall to the dark side) or mocked mercilessly.
I stand corrected, you are as vapid as they say.

One Spring Break several years ago an odd and strange group flew into the world of The Ites. These were the "I'm-20-something-Or-Under,and-I-Don't-Need-To-Search-ers." The "Ers" were cocky without any foundation, and tore through everything in sight.
but, why are you being prejudiced towards the "20-somethings" on this board? one's ability to use a search feature isn't based on their age - it's based on their ability to be observative individual and notice the link at the top of the board or to listen when someone yells at them to use it.

I shouldn't really speak for Jose' but some people take this whole age thing a bit too seriously at the moment and hence people make fun of/with it.
I'm sure Jose' was just teasing the kiddies.... as some of them are a bit paranoid at the moment and it's so easy to tease them.

Very true, Nia but then I will always miss what people are actually saying... just like this time and all the other times I saw Star Wars in a movie theater.
I'm always so prepared when the famous words start scrolling up, I'm ok with the first two sentences, then I miss a word, I fall behind and become an emotional mess.

People who have an anathema to using the search feature should welcome the opportunity to learn how to use the board.
Pinning this particular thread to the top of the list certainly beats most of threads for topicality, but that's just my opinion. Besides, several folks asked that it be pinned there.
If you believe you have a legitmate complaint, send a note to Rob. I'm sure he'll give you a hearing.

Jose - I had an idea. It may not be a new one, but here goes. I was thinking that maybe you guys could send an E-mail to all the newbies when they first sign up with some helpful tips on posting an etiquette.
Then maybe we wouldn't all have to learn the hard way. Then again, I guess trashing the newbies is half the fun.
Just a thought, and I'm sure everyone would help out with the list of tips.
