I'd appreciate it if you didn't speak down to me. Actually, I'm on vacation from school, and I don't have to be at work until noon. But of course, it's a great sign of how "adult" and "mature" you are to imply I'm a child rather than address the fact that your post was completely inaccurate.

"Shouldn't you be in class right now"? That sounds like a poke at my age to me. Shouldn't you read the thread in question before you make all kinds of false accusations based on it? Since you evidently refuse to do that, I'll summarize for you.

The thread was started by Matt and complained about how theaters wouldn't sell him student rush tickets even 5 minutes before curtain because he wasn't a student. It promptly became obnoxious on both sides. Addy had one post on that thread, which read as follows:

Without getting into the topic at hand I would just like to say that NOBODY has the right to tell someone to stop posting on BWW.

Except the moderators.

That's it. That's all she said. So it would be much appreciated if you stopped you self-righteous talk of "divine retribution."

There's a difference between annoying and hostile, though the two can overlap. How exactly did that thread attack anyone? And how exactly does the existence of an annoying thread justify extreme hostility towards a poster who has made almost nothing but positive contributions to this board to the point of driving her off? Divine retribution or vengeful bull****? That is the question.

I'll buy everyone Gelatto if they'll stop fighting! We can then go to Central Park and stand in a big circle and not move from the spot til there is world peace!

But seriously, take a break from the board if you are that engrained in an argument. I know I have taken a break and it did wonders for me. Is half this crap worth putting all your time and energy into? I mean how much of this fighting here will matter 5 years from now. It just helps to put things in perspective if you can get away from something once in awhile. Even something you enjoy. Heck we'll survive! I mean Namo has taken breaks and we survived without him. (Though the board was admittedly missing something.)

My avatar is a reminder to myself. I need lots of reminders...
